Services and Populations

Getting Started

It starts with reaching out! By completing the form on this site, your information will come directly to me. I’ll look over the basics to make sure I can accommodate you in my schedule and feel competent to address your needs. I’ll then call or email you to initiate a conversation where you can ask any questions. From there, we pick a date for an intake session and I’ll send you information about our therapy portal to complete paperwork.

Populations Served

I work primarily with adults for individual therapy, but feel comfortable working with teens age 16 and older. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and I welcome/accept all diverse identities. Please let me know how I can build trust and safety for you.

  • If you are a minor, your parent/caregiver must complete paperwork and attend the intake. After this, we can discuss the extent of parent involvement.

I also work with partners on relationship struggles. If you’re interested in couples/relationship therapy, please indicate so on your contact form. I’m happy to accommodate polyamorous relationships.

Areas of Expertise

I was trained as a generalist in a clinical psychology program at the doctorate level. My program had an explicit focus on social justice, multiculturalism, cultural humility, and equity. These are still the qualities I embody in my work. The following are the disorders/areas I am trained in:

Mood Disorders
Anxiety-Related Disorders
Trauma Disorders
Sexual Disorders/Dissatisfaction
Couples/Relationship Issues
Interpersonal Struggles
Identity-Related Issues
Parent-Child Relationship Struggles

Location and Accessibility

I have an office suite located in the 10552 building on the lane. Parking is available directly outside the main door and the area is well lit. When you enter the main door, you will walk down the hall, and where the hall begins on the right, you’ll see the entrance to the suite. Please come on in and have a seat in the waiting area.

The restrooms are located in that first hallway you enter into and they are handicap accessible. The space is ADA-compliant, with ramps to avoid using stairs. However, the doors are not automated, so please contact me before session if you need assistance getting in. Lastly, if ever you want to be met at the door, please let me know.

The furniture in the space is meant to be comfortable for people of size and accommodating to people who may struggle getting in and out of chairs. However, if you find the space does not fit your unique needs, please let me know and I will do my best to make appropriate accommodations.
